Under the NPS Tab, By Survey, we can view submissions to NPS which provides the Customer, User Name, Score, Role, Renewal Date, and Created Date. There is also an option to Filter Responses by Role.



This is currently pulling the Title field for "Role" of the contact rather than a field we typically use for role. We'd like to be able to change what defines the Role field on the NPS tab to make the filter most useful as right now it has thousands of "Roles" as each contact Title is fairly unique.
