change user import rules for slack integration

We are having an issue (is with support) where our user load is never fully completing because we have more than the limit of 1000 slack user due to inactive users still in the system.  Would be great if the logic to do the import would only look at active slack users to lower the number and hopefully make the import successful.  We currently cannot enable sally/slack for our team because the users are not importing over due to the timeout.

      Hi Heather,

      We are actively working on the import issue to filter out the inactive Slack users and also provide the ability to sync if the count of Slack users is high. You should be able to see improvement in this space soon. Will keep you updated.
