Change UX of CTA > Playbook
When first using Gainsight, most people struggle to find the playbook drop down and instead will click directly on the CTA which opens up CTA information but does not show the tasks that need to be completed. It would be a better experience if clicking on the CTA opened up the playbook and:
- also opening the detail screen
- does not open the detail screen but details can be revealed with a click on an ℹ︎icon
This will also simplify the number of clicks to complete a playbook
