Clickable object record links from C360 sections

We have multiple sections on our C360 for different Salesforce objects including opportunities, cases, and contacts. It would increase efficiency if the opportunity name, case name or number, contact name were clickable links that took the CSM directly to that page in Salesforce.

      Hi,

      You can always click on the Eye/Preview icon we have on the last cell of the grid that will take you to the standard salesforce page.

        Hi Azhar! Yes, we currently use this functionality our CS management and reps would just like to see the name clickable as well. Also, in the report detail on the Gainsight tab.
