When customer is marked as Lost, there should be an option to close all open CTA's.

Currently this is possible via Rule, but it will require you to create a rule for every CTA Type + Reason combination.

This makes it practically impossible.

It will be great if you can have an option to define this for all CTA Reasons.
Good suggestion, Einat!  I was working with another Gainsight customer who had a similar request and, in the interim, they are taking the approach of looking at "all" CTAs on Cockpit, filtering for the individual account, and then just using the close check box on the screen in front of each CTA to quickly clean up the CTAs.  Just wanted to share in case that workflow is viable in your use case.   
nice suggestion...automating with a click of a button for a closed lost will be helpful
