Cockpit: More granular options for Recurring CTAs

We've had a request to be more granular in ability to set recurring manual CTAs.  Our CSMs would like

1 - Bi-Annual option and/or
2 - X Days from Date and then X days after Start Date there after

      Hi Jeff, could you please share your use-case. We do support Annul and monthly too. 

      Bi-Annual, do you mean every 6 months? this should be possible
