Cockpit Views - Customization Options

We are encouraging our CSMs to use the ability to customize their cockpit views to better help them figure out an organizational method that works for them. However, we aren't having much luck with them actually doing it. It would be great if the Admin could set up a few saved cockpit views by default, but still leave the CSM the ability to create their own as well. I think we would get more adoption by saying there's a saved search that shows you your open CTAs this way versus asking them to create it themselves.

      Any updates on this? I think it's a great idea having the admin being able to set their own org's similar views to create ease and consistency across the department.

      I agree. So far, the Cockpit view (as well as success plans) is the most polarizing feature.
