Hello Team,
Couple of configs needed for Y axis.
1. Difference Range- Ability to set the range between points in terms of 10s or 100s
2. Start point- Start point is not defaulted to Zero. This poses a problem where the values are not zero but visually it depicts zero.
3. To show the background lines - This is needed for bar chart and if the names on Y axis are too far.

+1 I want to show NPS trends and it looks ridiculous for the Y axis range to be 5-9 instead of 0-10
