Convert Bionic Rule Setup to Program Setup

No worries. Searching this community is getting harder and harder to find what you're looking for (especially since the names changed from Adv. Outreach to Journey Orch).  I knew I had seen and commented on a similar idea before, so figured I'd ask for them to be merged. Trying to do my part to improve the searchability 🙂

This is a really cool idea (everyone seems to think so because they keep writing about it!). It would also be cool if this same structure could be made for reports as tasks. Can I just select a report that starts me off with a task instead of having to remake it every time? that would be awesome. I can easily build starter packs for bionic rules, then easily build programs out of those rules.
