Could there be a way we can automatically attach a Playbook based on Reason type?

Could there be a way we can automatically attach a Playbook when creating a CTA based on Reason type? An example is if the Reason on the CTA Risk is set to Lack of Customer Engagement then the Lack of Engagement Playbook would automatically be attached. Need this for both Customer and Relationship type CTAs/Playbooks.

Hi Leslie,

You can automatically attach a playbooks while creating CTAs via rules engine. While creating manual CTAs, this feature is not available. We can prioritise this enhancement based on the number of customers interested in it. Although, we are working on improving filtering/ searching experience while attaching a playbook in CTAs.

Checking in on this - we're also finding we have a need to associate a Playbook with a Reason, rather than a CTA Type.  Has there been any other developments on this type of request from other users?
