I have a customer that would like to be able to make widgets similar to the one below, there are multiple use cases here: 



Open Support tickets by priority being one of them.

I find that this would be super helpful for all customers if they had their support teams using GS.

Are they specifically wanting to add the widgets to the C/R360?



Just wanted to point out that there is a widget report type available for dashboard reports.
Specifically look like the Open CTA's widget where we have a "report like" widget.
Hi Cameron, What is the exact use-case for Open CTA's widget? Could you please elaborate more on this and who is the customer requesting for this need? 

We would like this as well. There are custom “report like” widgets that we would like to be able to display in the summary section. 

A few examples...

-Existing Open CTAs widget does not display objective CTAs

-We would like to Show Success Plans by type

-Cases by priority
