Creating CTA's via rules on the same day for the next N years (Including Leap Year)

Even though there is an option called create once in a lifetime, it does not contain leap year.

Hence the creation date will vary.

Recurring CTA is not an option as rules are created via rules.

      This will be of great concern when we are using Contract Start or Expiration date to create CTAs
