Cross-Org Migration: Auto authorize MDA table fields in the rules engine

When I migrate an MDA table along with a rule that performs actions on that table, I still have to go perform the "Rules Load Actions" authorization so that any rule actions will auto-populate.

It would be great if that could be automatically done as part of the migration effort.

PS - I don't see a Cross-Org Migration option in the selection of topics below, so I'm tagging this with Rules Engine.
