CSMs want to be able to update health score comment and color in one dialog box

Hi Jen,We already show help text and other option there, don't you think the UI looks cluttered if the Comments box is added to the dialog box.

Thanks for posting. Will think about how to improve the experience of updating score & posting comments more seamless.

A couple of questions in this regard: Do you use any automated measure or are all the measures you use manual?
Do the CSM's always post a comment when updating a score?Also when they visit the 360 page do they update the scores for multiple measures at once?
Ideally, the ability to post comments in both places. (Since for automated measures this dialogue box doesn't show up).
