CTA created when an email sent by Gainsight is Bounced or Rejected

It would be beneficial to have the ability to have CTAs triggered whenever an email that was sent by Gainsight is either bounced or rejected. This would be easier to achieve with the ability to lookup CSM attributes from the Email Raw Event MDA table.

Would the upcoming release of data spaces allow this?

You can do this once the August release is pushed.

We will have the ability to edit the Email Logs MDA table which holds Hard Bounced, Soft Bounced and Rejected fields.  This will allow you to add CSM Id and CSM Name fields to the table; once you do that you have the dataset required to create CTAs off of this event happening.  You can then use Email Logs as the source object in your rule and fire the CTA on a scheduled basis.

Data spaces will not help here.
You can create the CSM name and ID field right now and then have rules populate this.

To clarify, will this work? With or without Data Spaces?
Any documentation on how to do this step-by-step?
