CTA Email Notifications - Configurable!

When a CSM is subscribed to a customer in their Gainsight instance, a (weekly/daily) notification email is sent to them to keep them up to date with what changes have taken place!

However, this notification email can often become a large wall of text; not exactly reader friendly.

Our customers have requested the ability to configure the notification email to include just a few key points that their CSMs would be able to use. Instead of fields like "CTA Name" "CTA Type" and "CTA Reason" they could have just a few or even tokenized information being sent to them in this email notification.

Hear hear! If CSMs could get some sort of daily message of "CTAs or Tasks that are new, overdue, or due today", that would be a great way to keep things top-of-mind, perhaps with a link to "also due coming up this week..." or something, to prevent toooo much content from getting packed into one email.

Improving notifications and adding more customisation options in it is in our roadmap. ETA tentatively spring release.

Are 'configurable' Email Notifications son the Roadmap?  I have a customer that would like the "CTA due date" included in the current "Daily Digest" they get for when a new CTA is assigned to them.  Thanks!
