CTA= In Progress

Is there a way that when a task that's under a CTA is completed- that we can auto mark the CTA as "in progress," instead of "new?"

      Hi Priyanka,

      Unfortunately, as of now we don't have that capability, but it's already there on our roadmap.

      Few Questions related to it:

      1) Would it be a good idea to change CTA status, when the Task is moved to any other status from default?
      2) How about changing the CTA status, when Task is updated (it can be any update)

      Which one out of the above two, would you select?

      Move the CTA Status to Work In Progress when any Task Status is updated.
