CTAs Marked as Important - can flag be auto-removed if CTA is Closed?

Is there a way we can automatically have any CTA Escalation Flags (Mark as Important feature) removed when a CTA is closed by the CSM? We have a rule where escalated CTAs will drop the overall health score, and this is still making an impact even though the CTAs are closed. It will help save so much time from auditing and manually going in to remove the Flags.

      Hi Linda, have you considered adding to your rule a filter to check not only escalated (flagged) CTAs but also verify that the status of the CTA is not equal to closed? This should accomplish what you are intending to do (avoid closed CTAs from negatively impacting health score).
