Custom unsubscribe list

This is an idea that stems off that fact that we can't load to the Unsubscribed Emails object in the MDA. If we could do this, it might be irrelevant.

What if there was an option to determine unsubscribes with a Gainsight Connect like sync from Salesforce?

Many customers have custom opt out fields(in addition to standard opt outs) and it would be nice to be able to reference these easily instead of accounting for them in every Advanced Outreach or power list.
