Request from our CSMs to be able to see all the upcoming touchpoints for a customer. For example, we have EBRs that generate every 4 months, so to be able to see somewhere the dates that these EBRs would happen. We get a lot of requests for being able to see CTAs in the future even thought they haven't generated yet. Not sure that there's a way to display, but thought I would post to get it out there.
