Customized Dashboard export

I have few NXT customers asking me if they will be able to customize the dashboard export layout. To be specific, they have two reports built side by side in the dashboard and they want the PPT export to reflect the same - to be able to provide a customized two section layout PPT and get the two reports exported to each of them. One more question from them is the tabular view which is showing comments/description fields like single/dual characters and it gets overflown from the PPT slide. Are there any plans to fix this one?

Hi @thejaswi_puvvada - have you looked into Success Snapshots 2.0 which allow far more customization than the standard dashboard export: https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/360/About/Overview_of_Success_Snapshots_2.0

Hi @dan_ahrens ,

Thanks for your response. One issue I have heard from the customers is that they have to re-configure all the reports in Success Snapshots. While I have given them the option, I am hopeful if we can better customize the dashboard export.

@thejaswi_puvvada Thanks for raising this again here, we are exploring how we can elevate dashboard PPT leveraging our success snapshots framework. It might take a while for us to get back on this.
