Data formatting in report on success plan data.

Hi Sudhakar -- I'm pretty sure you mean the text formatting like bold, list items, etc. Is that right?

Also, if you use that formatting to put certain, consistent sections of info into Success Plans, you may improve things by creating custom fields on the Success Plan instead of using formatted headers. Each field would be reported as its own column, so even though the bullets, hyperlinks, etc. would still be problematic, the organization of information would be far better.
