Currently we do not have the functionality to setup the default HTML code for all non-operationalOperational email templates.The only option is to manually edit the HTML code for each of the template.
Can you please have a look at this requirement and let us know if we have any plan to implement this in future releases ?

Interesting idea. This is not in the short term plan. We will prioritise it based on number of customers asking for it.
This would be great. Right now, we just clone the email templates, but there are all sort of things that seem to go wrong and random errors you can get in that process (especially if there are tokens in the template). It would just be easier to start each email knowing you have the correct template in place that doesn’t need to be edited.
