The new feature to send ad hoc emails from Cockpit is great BUT we have so may email templates and since they were previously admin access only, they aren't named well for CSMs to distinguish which email template they are looking for. Many also aren't relevant to send 1-off, but were created for specific campagns. It would be great it we could select which email templates we'd like to make accessible to CSMs via this feature. Just a button/setting we could select in JO wold be great.

I completely agree! We have 500+ templates, so it's a lot for the team to look at in the list. One suggestion for helping the team, we've added "EA" (Email Assist) to the start of all emails for the team. This has made it easier for them to narrow down the list - it's a little bit of admin work to get it setup but has been really helpful! Hope that helps out some until we have the option to just pick the templates we want.

I agree! We haven't launched this feature yet in this org because of this reason... It would be too confusing for our users. It would be great to select which email templates appear.
