Display "Search CTA" instead of using a hover-over
Currently, "Search CTA" is not displayed in the search window unless the CSM hovers over the window. It would be a more consistent user experience and easier for new users to locate where to search by CTA if "Search CTA" was exposed in the window. (Note how "Reason" & "Customer" search names are directly exposed).
