This could be related to apply Validation Rules on CTAs.
With a friendly ERROR Message.
Today if we apply a Salesforce Validation Rule show up a Gainsight Standard Error message that is hard to understand.
We have many use case that could be solved with validation rules.

Yes Please!!!! And let me add on to that...auto close the CTA if all tasks are closed.
And I would love validation rules on CTAs...I have a custom field that is on certain CTA types but only applies to certain tasks so I cannot make it mandatory. I would love a validation rule that would pop up a message if they did not fill that in for the appliable tasks, or even not let them close the task without that data filled in. Instead I have created an exception report that I run every week to catch these, then have to chase down the CSMs to get it filled in.
