duplicate tenant data

I have a customer that would like to be able to use the same data that is in one tenant ID to two separate sandbox orgs. 

Currently we can do 1 after a refresh but they are wanting to refresh two sandboxes and tie the data from 1 of the tenants to both of them.

Example: clone a tenant id(and data) and map to another org.

      Hey Cameron,

      I too got a similar request and upon internal discussion, I got to know that we could use our tenant clone functionality to create a clone of the MDA tenant pointing to Prod and then link the cloned MDA tenant to Sandbox.

      This is feature is currently under review and may be available from last week of September.
