Editing the 'Response URL' view of a survey response

We have a lot of CS executives that like to read through 
specific responses to surveys and when they click the 'Response URL' link it brings up the completed survey in another tab. It would be nice if we could configure what information about the participant/account that we want, things like MRR and title, etc. Currently this view is not editable at all.
