Within Email Assist for CTA tasks, we're hoping to send the same email task to multiple people on the account at seperate times, without having to replace the playbook.

Good call, Jessica! You can easily hop on this bandwagon over here :-)

Also, looks like the Product team is looking there to better understand the specific use case you have in mind.

    Hi Jessica,

As part of the Summer release(will be available in Sept 1st week), we have added ability to add 10 Email ID's in To recepient.

Im guessing this request is part of the v5.9 Summer Release?
I'm testing this feature out currently. So this will allow me to send [i]the same email to multiple contacts, but individually rather than as a mass email with 5 contacts attached, correct?

    Hi Johnny,

We have added a configuration to give flexibility while sending emails.

If 'Send separate emails to recipients' is checked - then individual email will go to all contacts

If 'Send separate emails to recipients' is not checked - then same(common) email will go to all contacts

Please check this doc for more details.

    Thanks,
    Nitisha

Hi Nitisha, I see this checkbox, but it's greyed out and doesn't let me uncheck it. How can that be fixed?

    Thanks,

    Hi Jess,

If your template has any one of the following, then you cannot uncheck the Separate Emails option.
    • Survey
    • Contact/User object tokens
    • Report with Contact object filters
If the issue is a contact/user token, then you can delete the token, save the email assist as a draft and then close it and re-open it and you should be able to send the email as a single message.
