Email or text message post to Timeline

It would be great if we could have email / text message post to Timeline.

    Could you explain a bit more of the as here?  Do you mean easily get an Email logged as a Timeline activity (which is a common ask!) or do you mean posting a different type of Activity by sending in an email?  Also, what is the Text message use case you are thinking about?

    For example: A customer has sent an email confirming deployment. This can be forwarded to a predefined email and its added to a timeline / some sort of activity or update. Text messages could be handy to post to timeline when not in front of the laptop.

      Thanks for the detail!  That use case for email to Timeline is definitely on our radar -- a highly desired capability, for sure.  The text message scenario is a bit newer for us so we look forward to hearing from others on it, too.
