Hi Shravan,
Can you share a little more detail on what you mean by "recall" an email? Are you thinking about the recall features that are available in Outlook and Gmail? Or something else?

Hi Dan,
Yes, Exactly like Outlook recall option.
Yes, Exactly like Outlook recall option.
Hi Sravan, the email recall feature in Outlook only works if the sender and recipient are both also using Outlook and they are on the same Exchange server. This is because internal emails on the Exchange server never leave the mail server, so they can be controlled locally.
The recall feature in Gmail works by introducing a delay from when you click "send" until when the email is actually sent. It's like Gmail gives you 30 seconds (or however long you configured it for) to change your mind. But once the email is sent, you can't recall it.
Once an email is sent to an external email server, it can no longer be controlled, recalled or deleted. Here's some more info you might find useful: https://www.howtogeek.com/161762/why-you-cant-undo-sending-an-email-and-when-you-can/
