They would like to be able to create recurring CTAs, but since their CTAs are currently at the Relationship level, this option doesn't seem to be available.
Is this planned any time soon?

In admin --> Calls to Action --> Relationship, you can create 'Call to Action Types'. During that process, you can select if you want the CTA to be recurring.
