Enhanced data manipulation capabilities in Gainsight Data Management

The ability to preform advanced data manipulation (Update,Delete,Copy) for our MDA tables from within the Data management tool would allow greater flexibility and control for our clients.  Is this something that we have previously considered or is possibly under consideration for our future road map?

      Delete operation has been implemented and update is currently in progress. We will update you once it is in.

      Hi Marcus,

      It is now possible to Edit Low volume custom objects and Delete records from the Data operations page.

      We also have a Workbench support in our mid term roadmap. This should help with advanced operations on records. Will keep you posted on the updates.
