My VP would like for more than 4096 characters to be available in the "Comments" field that appears in the C360's Summary section. We want our CSMs to be able to do total brain-dumps into that section, and copy-pasting elaborate customer needs & their justifications makes it entirely possible to jump over the character limit.
Or maybe even a full "Notes and Timeline' capability in C360?  A guy can dream, right?   Actually, coming soon!!  Will talk about it on our Nov. 3 customer roadmap webinar.

Would you be able to share a sample of how this brain-dump of business needs, justifications, etc. might look? Would help understand whether this fits the activities/timeline model or something more attributes-like, as being discussed here.

Further clarification from our VP: he wants the team to be able to keep a running series of call notes & meeting notes. I think the timeline functionality will work great for that. Thanks for checking!
