Allow admins more options for where they want to log emails back to SFDC. For example, if they want to log a support-related outreach back to the case object, let them do it here instead of creating a rule that merges a bunch of different objects.

This would be huge. We currently have a rule to move the email task to an opportunity after the send occurs. Since we already have the Opp ID as part of the query it would be easy to tie to that object if mapping were available

This seems to be a request that is spread across multiple posts. Something as simple as being able to map an ID in the JO Program to the ‘Related to’ field (which is standard in SF) would be a big win with what one would assume is minimal effort given the amount of mapping that already exists in the program.

We found a solve for this by mapping the target object ID to the SFDC Account ID in the standard field mapping. As shown below this will log the outreach to the project object. There is still a need though to be able to log emails to multiple objects, say the account and project objects.
