[Feature Request] Segment 2.0 - Retroactively/Historic Update with Attribute Addition

Its found when adding an additional attribute, such as adding an attribute for "People", not all existing records gets updated to have the new attribute to be filled in.
Its confirmed by dev that historic update isn't supported and only rows upserted the day of the addition will get the updated values.
This makes it hard to make the data hard to work with if new attribute isn't completely filled in.
