I would love the ability to have a drop down filter similar to the Relationship Playbooks that allows me to view the rules for a certain Relationship or those just at the Customer/Account level and also still lets me search by name. It would be even better if they could be further segmented into an Action Type section such as a Scorecard section, CTA section, Milestone section, etc. that you could expand, collapse, and collapse all.

We have a plan to add relationship type vs Account level rules. Further segmentation might be tricky. I'll keep you posted on the updates here.

Thanks, Sundar!  If further segmentation is tricky, a great option would then be to have the ability to filter by type, source, etc. within the Relationship or Customer/Account level AND search by name.

I would like to highlight that Rules Engine now has advanced filter capabilities that let you find right rules by combining many filters. Check out our support documentation: https://support.gainsight.com/Rules_Engine/Admin_Guides/Rules_Engine_List_View_Timeline_View_Rule_Ch...

[i]Rule Chain, Created Date, Execution Type - are few more filters which are lined up for the upcoming release in Oct.
