Filter icon to update to notify users when it has been changed from the default setting on a dashboard

Request from FICO end users:

They would like to see when the filter has been changed on a dashboard from the default setting so it's clearly visible without drilling into the filter. Examples of the filter icon turning green to indicate a change or reflecting what's being viewed in the title, etc.

      +1  I wish I had a dollar for every time someone reached out to me because they couldn't see something on their dashboard because they'd applied a filter and forgot to remove it.  Definitely need a way to call it out more so that they can self-identify and rectify.
