Another high end request for active communities!
If a topic is very active, it stays out of our sight when using the 'last active' filter and working first in first out. Seeing as old topics may be kept alive or be brought back to life*, sorting by 'publish date' is not a suitable alternative. That would result in the oldest topics getting most of our attention for no good reason.
What we'd like to be able to do, is to sort by the first new reply. This would perfect our topic workflow.
Clarifying sort by dates
To clarify the available date columns, it might be a good idea to rename the other two.
Sort by dates:
- Publish date -> First post
- First new reply
- Last active -> Last new reply
I'm curious if others are interested in this as well and hoping the technical challenge isn't too big. Fingers crossed!
*Some communities fight necro-posting, we don't. For context, check out this topic.
