Flattened CTAs

Would be great to be able to flatten CTAs like you can with Surveys. I a field on CTAs that is a mult-select picklist and the flattening would make it a lot easier to report on.

    How exactly you want to see the multiselect picklist values? Is it the comma seperated values?

    Hi Sai,

    My flattened survey report is setup so tha each option from the multiselect field is a column and said column has a boolean format for each row. Example below...

    O1 O2 O3 O4

    Bob 1 0 0 1

    Joe 0 1 1 1

    Sue 0 0 0 0

    Would be great if we could do the same for the CTA object reporting

    Thanks for sharing this. Could you share some details on the CTA report you are trying to create? (is the picklis a custom field Or Type/Status/Prioirty?)
