This would be fabulous!!
I was just going to request the same thing. We use our C360 comment fields to post status updates and begin able to format the text (bold, underline, bullets, hyperlinks) would make them much more useful and valuable.
+5I could have sworn that this used to work before the 5.0 UI changed. But now I cannot add bullets or numbered lists. I can add color, bold/italics and hyperlinks though. Sure would be great if I could add bullets and/or numbered lists.
