Has Gainsight ever considered developing Forms as a feature? It would function similarly to surveys but instead of just collecting data, you could map responses to fields so that inputs update the database.
The biggest use-case I could see is for annual contact updates/maintenance, but I'm sure other use cases exist (such as those highlighted in this thread or this thread).

How about using survey flattening which outputs the responses in data tables that you can then use in your queries and journeys. Will that do?
I'm sure in some cases that would be sufficient, but the use case I'm trying to solve for is annual contact clean up. Ideally, someone would fill out the form and their input would sync directly to the Salesforce field.
