Gainsight Connect sync timing

I have a customer that is running into an inconvenience with the Sync options on Gainsight connect.
We have a field that needs to be updated multiple times a day (relies on GS connect) and if we could have the option have GS Connect sync multiple times in a day that would benefit customers greatly.

Hi Cameron,

Gainsight does support syncing multiple time a day, the minimum frequency of sync you could set is 1 hour.

To set up sync multiple times a day,

In schedule of Gainsight connect
1 select repeat
2 specify the time range if which sync should be
3 set for every - time period (1 hour, 2 hours....)
