Gainsight to integration with Oracle's Fusion CRM

We have a business need for visibility into Oracle customers who currently reside on the Oracle Fusion CRM.  Would like to see Gainsight integrate with this CRM in addition to SFDC.

      Could someone at Gainsight confirm that Gainisight is working towards being an independent platform which could potentially offer more integrations with other platforms outside of Salesforce? This was something we heard at Pulse and wanted to confirm.

      Yes, I can confirm this direction!  Having said that, there is no reason not to pull data in from any CRM tool today.   Our data platform is entirely open and can accommodate CRM data just like we accommodate case data, usage data and so forth.
