We would like to be able to use GS Stages at R360. This is a better fit for our business needs. As previously stated, we use Gainsight at the R360 level because we have various products within an account.

Hi Iqra,
Are you able to create a new picklist field on the GS Relationship object to capture these? If so, you can then add it to the R360 so it can be manually changed in the UI and then added to reports, rules, etc.

Hi Joseph,
Yes, we have tried it this way but we would like for the stages to be automatically set. We have the staged in the R360 but at a manual level where the CSM can add a stage, which isn't as accurate as we would like.
Thanks,
Iqra

Hi Iqra, Gainsight's fall release will have rule enhancements to extend functionality of rules driven action to relationship objects. You can access a fall preview in your sandbox org next week with the final fall release coming to production orgs during the last week of November.
Check your email for more information coming soon on the fall release including detailed release notes.

If we extend this a bit, I'd like to see stage and status captured for Relationships in the same way they are for customers. In our model you can have a relationship that's active and one that's churned (status) and tracking stage is definitely important. The custom field is fine, but it's an odd "hack" for what I'd have expected OOTB. And then what I [i]really>i] want are the summary widgets for that data!
