Have arrows from Object Graph connect the fields that are part of the lookup
+5This might not be super easy to accomplish, but in the Object Graph, I would love to see the arrows actually line up directly to the two fields that are part of the lookup.

When you click on the arrow that connects the objects, it shows how the lookup is mapped.
Hope this works for the time being.
We are also looking to improve the experience for Object graph in our long term road map and will take this into consideration.
