Hi everyone, I made a video to help out anyone who has ever struggled with customizing scorecard label colors when building reports in Gainsight. This video will show you how to customize colors as well as give you general best practice ideas for scorecard reporting.

      We've just configured our first scorecard and I'm trying to replicate some of the graphs shared in the video. One problem I am running into is that when I change from Scorecard Mass Edit report type to Standard I seem to loose all the fields needed to create the suggested reports (e.g. Overall score & the different metrics from within the scorecard 'Engagement', 'Adoption' etc.).

      Do you know why this might be the case?
