I have a customer who is looking for an option to insert a hyperlink in a comment field which hyperlinks directly to a timeline entry.

For example, X measure. I wanted to have the link created so that it gets a user directly into the appropriate X Timeline entry for more information.

Hi Shiv,

Thanks for posting!

Could you please share the use-case.

Are the comments populated via rules or manually entered?

The inconsistency between how this works with CTAs vs Scorecard for the same "Comments" section is confusing.

I want to be able to put a hyperlink to a dashboard in Gainsight that further explains the score that is being displayed and I cannot do so currently.

I am populating the comments via a RULE that is setting the scorecard values based on Timeline Entries.

@shiv_kumar_katiyar Can you please let us know the name of this customer?

We are rolling out scorecard timeline for a few customers, and it seems like they would find this feature useful.
