Idea. The ability to use 'tab' (and arrow keys) on the drop down menus when creating a CTA.
+5It would be awesome if while creating a CTA, you could tab to CTA Type and then use the arrow keys to select the reason. Then continue to use tab in the same fashion for the remaining drop down items. Rather than using tab for the text fields - and then the mouse for the drop downs.
+2I'll double click on this and say that having more keyboard navigation support all over (tab, arrow keys, enter) would be awesome!

Absolutely! I much prefer using keyboard shortcuts to the mouse.
