Identical Tasks across Playbooks

It would be great if you could create tasks that could be created and then used across multiple Playbooks. Allowing consistency on how a task is worded, etc. It also would allow you to make updates to the master task and have it applied to all the playbooks it resided in.

Right now you have to open the playbook where the task exists and copy and paste to the new playbook. Or duplicate the playbook where the other tasks exists and delete all the other tasks in the new playbook. We have new playbooks where we might copy a task from one playbook and another task from another playbook.

This is a great idea! We are in a similar situation where we would like to simply limit the playbooks that are available for our CSMs to select from. It appears we can only do this with CTA Types, but then we have to copy the playbooks and tasks shared across each CTA Type. Any update we do in the future to these tasks will have to be duplicated for each copy of each playbook. Having tasks be centralized and allowing the update to occur in one place and be propagated out to every where that task is used would be amazing!
